services and our website. We do not take any
responsibility if you do not read and understand
our terms of service after placing the order. As
changes of our terms of service will happen
without notice, please carefully go through our
terms of service before placing your order.
Privacy Protection
The protection of our clients’ privacy is one of
our main concerns and we always make sure your
privacy is protected. We do not disclose your
information to any third party for any reason.
Also, we provide the rights to our clients to
remove any privacy related information if
necessary before sending the documents to us.

Estimates and Charges
The cost of the translation service will depend
on number of factors. The contents, technical
words, complexity, base language and targeted
language, speed of the service and the quality
are the factors considered when making estimates.
Therefore there is no fixed price. However, the
unit prices are listed on our
prices page for rough
quotations and you can calculate and estimate
yourself. If you wish to know an exact price
please send your base document to us by email or
Fax. For large scale projects, we require
detailed information and all the content to
provide you an accurate estimate.
Methods of Payment
We accept bank transfers and credit card
payments.
Visa/Master/JCB and PayPal accepted.
When paying by credit cards, we request our
customers to fill a simple “Letter of Agreement".
Identity verification of the card holder is
performed from our end to decide whether to
accept payments by credit card. This is
performed for the safety of the credit card
holder and to avoid credit card frauds. We will
not ask your credit card numbers or any other
numbers printed on your card. The card numbers
are directly handled by PayPal or the credit
card processing company and they will not
disclose your information to us. This ensures
your safety100%.
Payments of small orders/projects should be
processed at the point of placing the order.
Payments of large scale projects should be
settled in two installments, first half of the
amount should be paid at the time of placing the
order and the second half should be paid in the
middle of the project. We will specify you the
date at the time of placing the order. For some
projects full payment is requested depending on
the nature of the project.
Refund Policy
We do not offer full or partial refunds for any
reason after placing the order. When the orders
are processed, the time of the translators is
consumed and the costs incurred. Therefore, it
is not possible to make a refund. If there are
errors/mistakes in the translation, we will
correct them free of charge within a month from the date of delivery.
Delivery Dates
Before placing the order, we inform you the
required time for the documents/projects when
sending our quotes. We will also let you know
the estimated date of delivery of your order
after placing the order. We make all efforts to
guarantee the date of delivery of the completed
documents/projects. However, there could be
unavoidable situations such as natural
disasters, network problems, computer virus
infections, unexpected data loss, sudden illness
or death of the translators and other reasons.
In case of such situations the estimated delivery date
could lengthen. In such an event, we do not take
any responsibility for any damages caused by the
late delivery and we do not make full or
partial refunds. We guarantee that we will send
you the completed documents as soon as possible
if unexpected situations occur and that all efforts
are taken to avoid such situations. We also kindly
request our clients to place orders before
considerable time to the deadline in order to
make sure that you get your completed
translations before the deadline.
Methods of Delivery
Generally we deliver documents through email as
attachments. We could exchange documents in
Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Text, PDF,
html and other formats. Please contact us if you
require a specific format. We could also FAX
free of charge for documents less than 10 pages
and a small charge will be added for over 10
pages. The express courier and postal service is
also available if you require printed documents
or data CDs, additional charges will be added
according to the country of destination. (The
express delivery by post from Japan to USA, UK
or Europe would
cost around US$ 10 to 15 for a 1kg parcel.)
Guarantees and Corrections
We make sure that you receive a quality service.
However, there could be human errors. If there
are errors or if you need better expression of
the contents you could request for a re-check or
revision of the documents within one month from
the delivery date. If it is due to our
mistakes, we will do the corrections or make
changes free of charge. Also, we accept small
changes free of charge. But charges incur if
the required changes are large scale according to the
customers needs and when it is not the fault of
our service.
Communication
You could make initial communication with us by
email or Fax. The telephone service is only
available for customers who have already
placed orders. If the customer is from
outside Japan, the telephone communication time
could be prearranged via email or fax when there
is a huge time difference between the two countries.
